Our advisory experience and track record
Our team is led by five highly experienced Partners who advise on the full suite of operating company, holdco and off-balance sheet debt instruments in addition to equity products across the full life cycle of a deal: from initial acquisitions, to event led refinancings and other solutions to maximising shareholder value at exit. We have the most longstanding relationships with all key decision makers across the lending market. We are independent, unconflicted and unquestionably the most experienced Partnership that is solely focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
To reinforce our central objective of achieving alignment, we look to invest equity into our client’s transaction where we are providing capital structure advisory solutions. We have arrangements in place to be able to meet larger co-investment demands on a deal-by-deal basis, where helpful.
Capital structure advisory has stagnated. Newbrook is different. It is built around five key pillars of excellence to move the industry forward.
Competency: at the forefront of the debt advisory industry since 2003 and with 150 years cumulative experience, the partners have successfully executed a vast number of transactions all over the world across multiple industries.
Relevance: we offer a full suite of borrower and GP relevant advisory services encompassing core capital structure, fund finance and equity co-investment. Saliency is at the heart of our client service promise.
Relationship: we are fully committed to every Private Equity transaction stakeholder; GPs, investment teams, management teams, lenders, lawyers and due diligence consultants. We show complete respect to all parties at all times.
Alignment: we believe that there is no better way to express this than by being prepared to invest alongside our clients in the deals we advise on.
Commitment: we are here for the long-run and are committed to becoming the leading capital solutions adviser in Europe. We Will deliver our services with independence, professionalism and total alignment to ensure best-in-class execution.
Client focused service that draws on the team’s extensive experience, transaction record and established client relationships.

NCS has made two pledges to charities that are close to their hearts. The first, Armed Forces Para-Snowsports Team (AFPST), is an independent service charity that plays an instrumental role in the recovery of wounded, injured and sick military personnel and veterans throughout the UK. The second, The Clocktower Foundation, advances the health and human performance of select serving personnel and their families and gives support to initiatives which add to community cohesion. These are not token pledges but profit shares linked to the underlying performance of NCS over the 2025-2030 period.
