Newbrook Capital Solutions (“Newbrook”) is delighted to announce it has advised Foundation Investment Partners Limited (“Foundation”) on its strategic investment in Ishka and Airfinance Global (“AFG”).
Foundation, founded in 2003, is an UK-based private equity firm that partners with small and medium-sized UK companies. Over 21 years, Foundation has partnered with 19 companies and completed over 100 bolt-on acquisitions with investments across non-cyclical, essential services companies in healthcare, education, and business services, targeting companies with high share of recurring revenues, strong pricing power and profitability, and robust organic growth.
Robert Leeming and Nick Marsh led the transaction for Foundation: AFG and Ishka are two market leading information providers within the aviation finance universe and the combination will create a global intelligence hub providing data and analytics for professionals across the eco system.
Founded in 2023, Newbrook is led by five highly experienced Partners, with over 150 years combined experience in financing and advisory mandates for private equity, portfolio investments and corporate clients. The firm advises on the full suite of operating company, holdco and off-balance sheet debt instruments in addition to equity products across the full life cycle of a deal: from initial acquisitions, add-ons and event led refinancings to other structured solutions with the central objective of helping clients to maximise shareholder value.
