Newbrook Capital Solutions is delighted to announce it has advised Private Equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners in the raising of structured Term B, Acquisition and Capex and Working Capital facilities refinancing their Spain-based portfolio company Sustainable Agro Solutions, a leading developer of biosolutions for the agricultural sector. A growing and truly global company.
The transaction constitutes Newbrook Capital’s fourth completion in Spain since operations commenced in Q4 2024.
